This lesson is a way for students to gain knowledge about pregnancy and what being an expecting mother entails. Students will research information and learn about proper nutrition, dos and don’ts during pregnancy, important vocabulary associated with pregnancy and birth, what classes are available for expectant moms, and some healthy recipe options for expectant moms. After research, students will then create a pamphlet to showcase what they learned about expecting mothers.
